• Upload the correct file(s) needed for the translation

• Enter the correct quantity based on the word count (pricing is per 100 words)

If incorrect information or files are provided, this may affect delivery time or result in additional charges.

3. Word Count & Pricing

Pricing is based on the total word count of the file.

• Customers must enter the correct quantity when ordering

• If the word count is incorrect, I reserve the right to adjust the price or request an additional payment before completing the order

If you are unsure of the word count, you should contact me before placing your order.

4. Delivery

• Translations are typically completed within 2–3 days, depending on the length and complexity

• Completed files will be sent by email

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

5. Revisions

If there is an issue with your translation, you may request a revision within a reasonable time after delivery.

Revisions are only provided for errors or misunderstandings related to the original text. Changes to the original content are not included.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
