Because each translation is made specifically for your content, I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns after purchase.

2. Before You Order

To avoid any issues, please make sure that:

• You upload the correct and complete file

• You enter the correct quantity based on the word count (pricing is per 100 words)

• You review all details before completing your purchase

If you are unsure about the word count, please contact me before placing your order.

3. Revisions

If there is a problem with your translation, I am happy to review and correct any mistakes related to the original text.

Revisions do not include changes to the original content or additional text not included in the initial order.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in very rare cases where:

• The service cannot be delivered at all

• A serious issue occurs that cannot be resolved
